    Experienced Showroom Operative


    Responsibilities:

    -To assist in the day to day running of the showroom
    -Dealing with customers in our showroom
    -Entering orders into computer system
    -Product Advice
    -Assisting Customer with their Enquires
    -Maintaining Clean Environment
    -To work as a team

    Job requirements:

    -Pro-active & hard working
    -Good communication skills
    -Wholesale background
    -Electrical knowledge
    -Lighting experience

    Sales Administrator


    Responsibilities:

    · Answering incoming telephone calls.
    · Processing online orders.
    · Learning extensive product ranges and giving advice to customers.
    · Communicate professionally with customers and process sales.
    · Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email and telephone.
    · Preparing and sending quotations.

    Job requirements:

    -Have experience in a phone based customer service or sales environment.
    -Have computer skills, including Office.
    -Be a strong team player with a professional approach. 
    -Have experience in a fast paced environment.

    Advantageous: 
    -Experience in the lighting industry
